A Healthy Smile & A Healthy You !
One can never be truly healthy without healthy gums & teeth. A preponderance of evidence today shows that "gum" disease and tooth decay are primary causative factors in many systemic diseases, Heart Disease and Diabetes to name just two. A healthy mouth equates to a healthy body.
When you visit our office, your health is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing you with the personalized gentle care that you deserve. Our mission is to deliver excellent health-based dentistry & education in a comfortable and safe environment. This will help you achieve and maintain optimal oral and systemic health that you can enjoy for a lifetime.
You'll love the personal attention we give to your comfort and appearance. And, you'll appreciate our use of the latest bio-compatible restorative materials, modern treatment techniques, which includes digital ( computerized ) x-rays, CEREC in-house ceramic ( porcelain ) inlays, onlays & crowns and ozone therapy as an non-toxic antimicrobial agent.
We have been practicing dentistry since 1985 and enjoy being able to offer comprehensive general, cosmetic and reconstructive care. We strive to limit your exposure to harmful aspects of dental treatment. We have not used mercury-based filling materials ( silver or amalgam filings ) since 1995. We incorporate current IAOMT ( International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology; www.iaomt.org ) guidelines for safe removal of your mercury-based fillings, which include rubber damming with a non-latex based material, high volume suction and oral aerosol evacuation ( DentAirVac ), a positive flow oxygen mask and Clean Up ( an evacuation attachment on the high volume suction ). Dr. Larry is accredited through the IAOMT as a specialist in the safe removal of mercury containing fillings.
We also capture mercury exiting the office through the vacuum system with a Mercury Separator, which protects the waste water from mercury overload. The environment needs as much help as we can give it.
Part of our commitment to serving our patients includes providing information that helps them to make more informed decisions about their oral and overall health needs. This website is a resource we hope you’ll find both useful and interesting.
